How do I become a stockist of Mayde Tea?

What happens if I make a mistake in my postage details?

Please double-check your address before submitting the order. Mayde Tea does not accept responsibility for customers providing incorrect shipping details. In this instance, if products are returned to Mayde Tea, the resending of items to the customer will be at the customers expense.

Are your organic teas safe for pregnant women?

We recommend consulting your health practitioner before introducing any therapeutic herbal teas into your diet. If you are pregnant, lactating or have a current health condition please consult a medical practitioner before altering your diet in any way.

Is your tea organic?

Yes, we use 100% Certified Organic ingredients to blend our teas. We make and blend everything by hand with love, so slight variances may arise in tea flavours because hey, we’re not robots!

What do I do if my order arrived and it’s incorrect?

If there are any problems with your order, please contact hello@maydetea.com so we can sort it out for you ASAP.

Is there any risk of contamination with foreign items being a 100% organic product?

All of our tea products use Certified Organic ingredients. We take the utmost care to ensure that food hygiene and safety protocols are followed. In the extremely unlikely event that your Organic Tea becomes contaminated or compromised in any way, please contact us immediately.

I ordered the same tea but it looks a tiny bit different in appearance?

We always work to obtain the highest quality ingredients for our products. In unavoidable situations such as extreme weather patterns or natural disasters, there may be slight variations in appearance of some teas due to availability. It is not common, but we cannot guarantee that the products will always be the same as a previous batch. All due care is taken in an attempt to provide products of the highest quality as consistently as possible. As we continue to improve the quality of our products, we may change suppliers depending on quality and availability. If, for some reason a herb appears a little different this may be because we have changed suppliers.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind circumstances. Please choose your products carefully for this reason.

Are your teas safe for every person to consume?

Our teas are made using the highest quality ingredients, created by a naturopath, and therefore aim to benefit your health. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding; we advise you to seek advise from your personal health practitioner.
