Therapeutic Benefits

chinacea (Echinacea Purpurea)

Echinacea effectively stimulates the immune system and improves resistance to infections. It is also a general body tonic, and decreases inflammation in the body.

Marshmallow leaf (Althea officinalis)

Marshmallow leaf has been found to strengthen the immune system by helping to remove toxins, and therefore raising the overall resistance to disease. Marshmallow leaf also soothes and protects the lining of the digestive system.

Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora)

Lemon Myrtle is a beautiful Australian native. It has been used traditionally for sinus infections, bronchitis and irritable digestive disorders. Lemon myrtle may gently stimulate the digestive processes and reduce symptoms such as bloating and cramping. Lemon myrtle is also used as a potent antioxidant.

Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)

Hibiscus has traditionally been used to regulate fluid balance and promote overall health. It has been found to improve skin conditions, promote adequate circulation and improve digestive issues.

Rosehip (Rosa canina)

Rosehip is very rich in vitamin C and vitamin A which are both supportive of the immune system. Rosehip is also high in antioxidants, which prevent cellular damage caused by oxidation.

Brewing Instructions

Brew: 1 tsp/250ml, 3-5 minutes at 90 degrees.

Mayde Teas are just beautiful.
Every tea I order from Mayde is amazing. My. favourite of course is Restore. So soothing, restorative and warming to the depths of my soul.

Restorative Tea Blend
As a first time drinker of Mayde Tea's Restore tea blend I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful aromas and flavours. of the lemon myrtle, hibiscus, marshmallow leaves and rosehip . Its a lovely citrusy blend that is sweet but not overly so. A perfect blend for immune support, especially coming up to Winter and the cold and flu season. Mayde Tea has a gorgeous range of caffiene free and organic loose leave teas and with the Restore blend Ive just discovered a new favourite. Thank you Mayde Tea!

Keeps our kids happy all winter
My family lovingly enjoy this tea all through winter! It’s nourishing and keeps us feeling our very best. I’ve served it up to friends when feeling unwell and given it to my pregnant mumma friends also to keep them in top top shape! A pantry staple for us!

Best after dinner ritual
We have a few jars of Mayde teas on the shelve, but this is the only that always goes the quickest.
The best after dinner ritual (to curb our dessert habits!), and tastes divine. There’s something about a pot of loose leaf tea that forces you to slow down, to take note and be more present. I couldn’t adore this blend of tea or the process any more.
