Shipping costs

Shipping to Australian addresses is free for orders $120 or more. For orders below $120, a $15 fee applies for regular post. International shipping is a flat rate of $60 ($35 for New Zealand).

Express post options are not available because our shipping address is classified as rural. We have determined that it does not result in faster delivery compared to regular post.

Local pick up

We offer a free local pick up option if you are in the Byron Bay Area. Local pick up is at Byron Bay industrial estate. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. 

Delivery timeframes (for Australia only)

Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase – all orders
Delivery: Up to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural locations may take up to 2 weeks.

International shipping

Please note that delivery to locations other than Australia may take up to 3 weeks.
Mayde Tea is not responsible for border fees, taxes or customs charges.
All orders are sent via the most trusted and efficient service, Australia Post. If you wish to have your parcel delivered by FedEx, please get in touch. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Your shipping details

We recommend providing a work or home address where someone will be available to sign between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Or just let us know in your order notes that you give authority for the courier to leave your package at the door.

Our courier

We use the most efficient and reliable Couriers in Australia- Australia Post and Couriers Please. If you have any requests regarding a preferred courier, please add this to your order notes.
