A naturopathically formulated blend created to support healthy lactation. A refreshing and warming treat free from caffeine, Nursing settles and nourishes the digestive system of both mother and baby with lemongrass, fennel and fenugreek.

Digest
An aromatic tea created to support digestion and cleanse the palate. Refreshing with a subtle lingering sweetness, Digest tea contains a mix of therapeutic herbs that soothe the entire digestive system for gut healing. For breastfeeding mothers, we recommend a maximum of 3 cups of Digest per day, for optimum milk supply.

Serenity
A floral blend of calming herbs, Serenity is both nourishing and warming. Soothing lavender combines with rose, passionflower and chamomile to support the nervous and digestive systems, making this a perfect elixir to support you throughout the night and improve sleep quality.

Brewing Instructions

Brew: 1 tsp/250ml, 3-5 minutes at 90 degrees.
