Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

Chamomile is specific for all gastrointestinal disturbances associated with a nervous system connection. Chamomile is great in the treatment of IBS and colitis. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory which makes it useful in almost any condition. Chamomile is the perfect addition for serenity as has been found to be effective in the treatment of mild anxiety, insomnia and other nervous system conditions.

Rose (Rosa)

Rose is fragrant, fruity and packed with vitamin C and antioxidants.

Lavender (Lavendula Officinalis)

Lavender is an effective herb for easing headaches, especially when they are related to stress. It has traditionally been used in the treatment of depression, insomnia and anxiety. Lavender is a gentle strengthening tonic of the nervous system.

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate)

Passionflower is traditionally used for its mild sedative and soothing properties, anxiety, stress management and insomnia- making it perfect for our serenity blend. It is used in clinical practice to support regular sleep patterns, nervous tension and restlessness and headaches.

True to its name
I’ve never been a tea drinker but have long suffered with sleep issues. I decided to give a small jar a try ….i am hooked. It’s so calming and makes me so relaxed to drift off into a deep slumber. I love the taste too.

Beautiful way to end the day
I love this tea. A perfect way to end the day. I get home from work at 10pm & the first thing I do when I get home is make this beautiful tea to wind down. My job is mentally demanding and I find this tea super relaxing & it helps me switch off from work & sleep 8 hours straight peacefully. Taste wise I love the flavour & always look forward to drinking it before bed. Our family call it our sleepy tea. We all enjoy this tea even my 14 year old son.
