Mayde Tea Byron Bay

We are taking early expressions of interest for an experienced Operations Manager beginning June 12th 2023. The position will be a minimum of 12 months as a maternity leave cover, with the opportunity to stay employed by Mayde Tea in the same or similar position. As the Operations Manager you will work under the Director to ensure a smooth and effective workplace.

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar.
  • Great organisation, social, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a small team, ensuring the workplace continues to become more effective and efficient.
  • Experience with Xero, Shopify, Flodesk/Mailchimp.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality control of Mayde Tea products.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Supply chain management.
  • Customer service & wholesale account support.
  • Basic accounting including reconciling and receiving payments.
