Casual Warehouse Assistant – Mayde Tea

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our small, passionate team at Mayde Tea. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organised, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Location: Mayde Tea warehouse - 2/2 Banksia Drive Byron Bay
Hours: Casual (1-4 days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

• Assisting with stock management and inventory tasks

• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse

• Production of Mayde Tea products 

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, retail, or similar experience is a plus

• Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Part-Time In-House Marketing Manager – Mayde Tea (2 days/week)
Please note this is not a remote role- it is at the Byron Bay HQ.

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our boutique, wellness-focused tea brand. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves growing a brand online, engaging with customers, and taking marketing to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and executing product releases, seasonal campaigns, and a full-year marketing calendar 

• Managing email marketing via Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns

• Creating, scheduling, and optimising content for Instagram and other social platforms, including reels, ads, and engagement strategies

• Designing ad content and assets for our digital marketing agency to execute campaigns

• Optimising the Shopify store and apps (reviews, loyalty, subscriptions) to improve customer experience and retention

• Collaborating on partnerships, influencer campaigns, and events

• Analysing performance across channels and providing insights to improve ROI

• Contributing to brand strategy, creative direction, and content production (photography, video, graphics)

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of health, wellness, or natural products

• Expert knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Instagram, and relevant apps

• Creative, strategic, and highly organised

• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail

• Passion for sustainability, quality, and building a meaningful brand

Bonus skills:

• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager)

• Photography, video or editing experience

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations

This is a part-time, in-house role (2 days/week), perfect for someone who loves being part of a small team where their ideas directly shape the brand.
