Shipping within Australia

Free standard shipping on all orders over $120
A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $120
Orders are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please

Please note: Express Post is unavailable due to our rural location. This method has not been shown to reduce delivery timeframes from our dispatch point.

International Shipping

$60 AUD flat rate for all international orders
$35 AUD flat rate for orders to New Zealand
Delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs charges or duties

FedEx shipping is available upon request. Additional charges apply.

Local Pick-Up — Byron Bay

A free local pick-up option is available for customers in the Byron Bay area. Collection is from our studio in the Byron Bay Industrial Estate. Customers will be notified via email when their order is ready.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia only)

Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of purchase
Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5 business days of dispatch
Remote or rural addresses may require up to 2 weeks for delivery

Delivery Instructions

Customers are encouraged to use a delivery address where someone is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If no one will be available, ‘authority to leave’ can be specified in the order notes at checkout.
Preferred couriers can also be requested via order notes; where possible, these preferences will be accommodated.
