Gotu Kola (centella asiatica)

Gotu Kola boosts brain blood circulation, promotes relaxation in the body, and enhances mental function, memory, and concentration.

Nettle (Urtica dioica)

Nettle is high in nutrients including vitamins A, B, C and K. Nettle is traditionally used to strengthen the whole body by reducing inflammation, supporting liver detoxification, increasing circulation and improving immunity.

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)

Brahmi, a staple of Ayurvedic medicine for over 3000 years, enhances brain circulation, boosting memory and helps to counteract the effects of stress on the body.

Spearmint (Mentha spicata)

Spearmint is high in antioxidants, protecting the body's cells from damage. Spearmint has traditionally been used to support cognitive function, and improve concentration & memory.

I love it with salt and honey
I actually hated this tea when I first got it. I found it too earthy and hard to drink. One day I threw caution to the wind, was craving salt more than usual and added some celtic salt to the tea with honey. OMGosh, game changer! It's now my go to daily tea, and a reminder to not be afraid to get creative 🥰

Love this tea!
This is such an amazing tea and I’ve just purchased my second jar. It tastes great and is beautifully calming. I love to take it in a tea flask to work and sip on it throughout the day to help calm my nervous system. Thank you :)
