Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

Chamomile is specific for all gastrointestinal disturbances associated with a nervous system connection. Chamomile is great in the treatment of IBS and colitis. Brewing Instructions

Brew: 1 tsp/250ml, 3-5 minutes at 90 degrees.
