Tasting Notes

Brewing Instructions

1. Combine 1-2 tsp of matcha powder with 1 tbsp of hot water and whisk until smooth.

2. Add warm milk for a cozy matcha latte, or cold milk + ice for a refreshing iced matcha.

Matcha Convert
This is and was my first attempt at Matcha. After having read the ins and outs on Matcha and how to make it I went straight for a quality product I knew I could trust. I am now a Match convert and love it every morning which is saving me money as I’d be tempted to buy a coffee each morning. I feel well and healthy and find it does give me some energy and a bit of a boost. I feel it also curbs my appetite first thing in the morning too for a while which comes in handy as a shift worker. Will be hard to buy anything else now as it prepares so well and doesn’t need sweetening.
