I don’t think i’m the only one that feels I need to give my skin a bit more attention during the cooler months! People’s skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis and other rashes tend to be exacerbated by cooler weather. Read on for a holistic guide on how you can support your skin through winter, from the inside out.

Support your skin through Winter with…

1. Herbal Tea (of course!)
The Mayde Tea Energise, organic chai, cacao cinnamon spice and rooibos turmeric chai comprise the spices cardamom, pepper, clove, ginger and cinnamon to improve circulation- resulting in higher amounts of oxygen and nutrients reaching the skin.
