Agave Nectar

We’ve chosen organic agave nectar in our Sticky Chai for its gentle sweetness, low glycaemic index, and smooth consistency. It blends seamlessly with the spices and tea, enhancing flavour without overpowering, and makes the blend naturally vegan-friendly.

Black tea (Camellia Sinensis)

Black tea offers many health benefits thanks to its antioxidants called polyphenols, which help protect the body from harmful toxins. The tannins in black tea support digestive health by soothing the gastric lining and improving digestion.


Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Ginger is gently stimulating, which improves oxygen transport throughout the body. It has been used for relief from cramping, gas and nausea throughout history. Ginger has also been beneficial in both motion sickness, and morning sickness in pregnancy for hundreds of years. 

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)

Cinnamon is known to assist in balancing blood sugar levels and warming the digestive tract for improved digestion. The volatile oils in cinnamon are antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. Cinnamon is considered to be an overall body tonic.

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)

Clove helps to induce the production and release of bile from the liver and gallbladder, which aids in digestion and detoxification. Clove can also stimulate digestion and act as a pain reliever throughout the body.

Our Sticky Chai features a bold, warming flavour with rich organic black tea, aromatic whole spices like cinnamon and ginger, and a smooth, natural sweetness from golden agave. It’s a perfectly balanced blend with hints of caramel and a gentle spicy kick.

1 TBSP in a dash of hot water. Add 300ml milk and heat to 70 degrees. Pour through a strainer into a cup.
