chinacea (Echinacea Purpurea)

Echinacea effectively stimulates the immune system and improves resistance to infections. It is also a general body tonic, and decreases inflammation in the body.

Marshmallow leaf (Althea officinalis)

Marshmallow leaf has been found to strengthen the immune system by helping to remove toxins, and therefore raising the overall resistance to disease. Marshmallow leaf also soothes and protects the lining of the digestive system.

Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora)

Lemon Myrtle is a beautiful Australian native. It has been used traditionally for sinus infections, bronchitis and irritable digestive disorders. Lemon myrtle may gently stimulate the digestive processes and reduce symptoms such as bloating and cramping. Lemon myrtle is also used as a potent antioxidant.

Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)

Hibiscus has traditionally been used to regulate fluid balance and promote overall health. It has been found to improve skin conditions, promote adequate circulation and improve digestive issues.

Rosehip (Rosa canina)

Rosehip is very rich in vitamin C and vitamin A which are both supportive of the immune system. Rosehip is also high in antioxidants, which prevent cellular damage caused by oxidation.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)

Also known as Withania, Ashwagandha is a natural tonic that reduces stress, enhances memory, aids recovery after illness, and supports mental clarity.

Gotu Kola (centella asiatica)

Gotu Kola boosts brain blood circulation, promotes relaxation in the body, and enhances mental function, memory, and concentration.

Nettle (Urtica dioica)

Nettle is high in nutrients including vitamins A, B, C and K. Nettle is traditionally used to strengthen the whole body by reducing inflammation, supporting liver detoxification, increasing circulation and improving immunity.

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)

Brahmi, a staple of Ayurvedic medicine for over 3000 years, enhances brain circulation, boosting memory and helps to counteract the effects of stress on the body.

RESTORE BLEND
Aroma: Refreshing and citrusy with a floral hint.
Flavour: A revitalising blend with the bright, citrusy notes of lemon myrtle and the tartness of hibiscus, balanced by the subtle sweetness of rosehip and marshmallow leaves. Echinacea provides a mild herbal undertone, creating a well-rounded and invigorating tea.
Finish: Refreshing and revitalising.
Pairing: Ideal as a midday pick-me-up or to unwind in the evening.

ADAPT BLEND
Aroma: Herbaceous and earthy.
Flavour: Earthy and herbal, with hints of bitterness balanced by the refreshing mintiness of spearmint.
Finish: Refreshing, slightly sweet
Pairing: Best enjoyed plain or with a touch of honey

Brew: 1 tsp/250ml, 3-5 minutes at 90 degrees.
