Tasting Notes

Our Organic matcha boasts a delicately sweet and earthy flavour, accentuated by a pronounced umami undertone and subtle astringency. When blended with maple sugar, it transforms into a harmoniously balanced, ready-to-enjoy elixir.

Brewing Instructions

1. Combine 1-2 tsp of matcha powder with 1 tbsp of hot water and whisk until smooth.

2. Add warm milk for a cozy matcha latte, or cold milk + ice for a refreshing iced matcha.

Loveliest gift set!
Wow! What a stunning gift set (I bought it for myself for Mother’s Day haha!). The sage green ceramic cup is gorgeous to look at and the feel of it is fantastic—beautiful texture and finish. And it’s a work of art when filled with a cup of green matcha! The bamboo whisk is sturdy and functional and looks great on the ceramic stand. And the matcha is great quality and has been replacing coffee for me lately. Highly recommend!

Is your matcha ceremonial grade?

Yes – we use high-grade, organic matcha that’s vibrant in colour and smooth in flavour, perfect for your daily matcha latte.

How do I use the bamboo whisk?

Add a small amount of hot water to your matcha powder and whisk in an Z-shape until smooth and frothy before adding milk.

Is matcha high in caffeine?

Matcha does contain caffeine, but it releases more slowly than coffee thanks to the presence of L-theanine, which promotes calm focus.

Is your packaging recyclable or sustainable?

Yes! We’re continually working to reduce waste and improve sustainability. Most of our packaging is either recyclable, reusable, or part of our refill return program. Check the product details for specifics.
