Points & Earning
Earn 1 to 1.5 points (depending on your tier) for every $1 AUD spent via our online store, excluding the value of shipping, tax or duty fees associated with your order. Points are issued after an order has been fulfilled, and any returned items will result in points being deducted. Please kindly note, Brew Crew points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases.
Customers will automatically be moved to a tier based on their spend history over that 12 month period.
Yes, you can earn up to 200 points per review, with a maximum of 600 points per order.
Reviews must be for products you’ve purchased, and points are added once your review is verified.
There are two common reasons:
1. The review was posted using a different email address from the one linked to your Brew Crew account, or for a product not purchased under that email.
2. All reviews are moderated manually. Once your review is verified and approved, points are added to your account. This process can take up to 7 days.
If you believe your review meets the criteria and points haven’t appeared after that time, feel free to reach out.
Yes. Subscription orders earn points the same way as regular orders — based on the actual amount paid per order.
Points are added to your account once each subscription delivery is processed.
Your points do not expire. You can save and redeem them whenever you like.
However, your tier status is reviewed every 12 months. This means your tier may change if you haven’t earned the required number of points within that period, but any points you’ve accumulated will remain in your account and can be used at any time.

Yes, you’ll still earn points on orders made during sales or when using discount codes. Points are calculated on the final amount paid after discounts are applied.
Yes. Once you move up a tier, you’ll begin earning points at that tier’s higher rate.
For example, Harmony members earn 1.25 points per $1, and Serenity members earn 1.5 points per $1.
Points earned before moving up remain at the previous rate.
Brew Crew points are rewarded after an order has been fulfilled. Please kindly note, any cancelled orders will not accrue loyalty points, and points will be deducted from the account upon any returned orders.
All Brew Crew points are collected in AUD. Points will automatically be calculated to reflect the conversion from your local currency.
Redeeming Rewards
Brew Crew points allow you to progress through the tiers of our loyalty program and receive access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards like birthday gifts and bonus discounts. You can also exchange your points for money off your next order.
You can redeem points at any time by visiting your Brew Crew profile.
Rewards are available in increments of 100 points = $5 off, and you can redeem as much or as little as you like, depending on your points balance.
You can access your Brew Crew profile through your account, or by selecting ‘Redeem Rewards’ under 'Rewards' in the website navigation.
You can also redeem free shipping for 300 points.
Points are redeemed as dollars off your order.
They can be used on any online purchase, across our full range.
Please note:
Points are redeemed in the form of a discount code, so they cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes at checkout.
Birthday rewards are sent out on your birthday, but only if your date of birth is registered in our system.
Please make sure you’ve submitted your birthday here and that you enter the same email address used for your Brew Crew account.
If you join the Brew Crew after your birthday, your reward will be sent on your birthday the following year.
Yes. You can apply a discount or free-shipping reward code (redeemed using points) to your first subscription payment.
However, discounts do not carry over. Future subscription charges will revert to the standard subscription price.
Free-shipping benefits are linked to the email address on your Brew Crew account, so you must be logged in for your tier perks to apply.
Please make sure you’re signed into your loyalty dashboard before heading to checkout. Once logged in, your correct free-shipping threshold will automatically update.

Tier Structure & Expiry
Our loyalty program offers you an opportunity to accrue Brew Crew points on all purchases via our online store. These points allow you to move through The Brew Crew program, and enable access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards. You will earn 1 to 1.5 points (depending on your tier) for every $1 AUD spent via our online store, excluding the value of shipping, tax or duty fees associated with your order.
Tiers are based on the number of points you earn within a 12-month period.
As you continue to shop and review products, your points accumulate. Once you reach the required amount for the next tier, you will automatically move up and unlock new benefits.
Tier status lasts for 12 months from the date you unlock it.
If you do not accrue the minimum points required for your current tier or move up a tier within 12 months, your account will descend to the below tier.
Tier status is reviewed every 12 months.
If you’ve moved down a tier, it means the required number of points wasn’t reached before your tier anniversary date.
As tiers are based on points earned within a 12-month period, you’ll automatically move up again once you meet the qualifying point total.
Your tier status can be checked at any time, anywhere by logging into your Brew Crew account and reviewing it via the Loyalty dashboard.
You can track your tier progress through your Brew Crew dashboard.
Your account will show how many points you’ve earned in the current 12-month period and how many more you need to reach the next tier.

To opt out of the loyalty program, simply login to your account and select opt-out via the settings in your dashboard.
