Casual Warehouse Assistant – Mayde Tea

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our small, passionate team at Mayde Tea. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organised, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Location: Mayde Tea warehouse - 2/2 Banksia Drive Byron Bay
Hours: Casual (1-4 days per week)

Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Assisting with stock management and inventory tasks
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
Production of Mayde Tea products

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, retail, or similar experience is a plus
Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Junior Marketing Assistant – Casual

We're looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to support our growing brand.

About the Role
This is a varied role supporting our marketing team across content creation, social media, influencer outreach, email marketing and day-to-day brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and scheduling social media content
Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok
Support email marketing campaigns and product launches
Assist with influencer and partnership outreach
Update website content and product information
Monitor social media engagement and community management
Work alongside our Marketing manager for ad hoc tasks

About You

Passionate about health, wellness and social media
Strong written communication skills
Creative eye for content, photography and video
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using Canva and social media platforms
Eager to learn and contribute ideas
Previous marketing experience is beneficial but not essential
