Cacao Collagen Banana Smoothie

1 frozen banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 TBSP Cacao Collagen Powder

1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)

1 teaspoon cacao powder (optional, for extra chocolatey flavour)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (a drizzle of maple syrup or honey works well).

Pour into a glass and sprinkle a pinch of cacao powder or cacao nibs on top.
