DOING OUR PART TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIC FARMING INDUSTRY AND THINK CONSCIOUSLY ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT
Mayde Tea as a brand goes well beyond our beautiful blends of tea. Our core values extend to the way we operate the business so we wanted to give you a deeper look into our conscious practices that make us a sustainably operated business from the farm to your teacup!
Our brand works in multiple ways to ensure that we always stay environmentally conscious.
100% Certified Organic Ingredients
Each blend of Mayde Tea is created in harmony with your body and the environment, made with herbs from organic farmers.
All our ingredients are harvested in their native location where they thrive best, minimising travel/fossil fuels.
All teas are sold as loose-leaf to eliminate unnecessary household waste, and to avoid the unhealthy effects that tea bags have on the body.
Each blend is formulated with ingredients that work synergistically to enhance their effectiveness and increase health benefits to help minimise the need for multiple products.
Our product packaging is designed so that customers can reuse and refill existing high-quality glass jars when they need a top-up.
Reuse and Recycle
Reusing boxes from suppliers to make into protective packaging, using only organic ingredients lessening the exposure of toxins to farmers and the environment (and you). All orders are delivered in 100% recyclable packaging.
Because we love the environment, when making teas at Mayde Tea HQ we empty the contents either into the compost or the garden. Remember Mayde Tea is completely organic plants, so it doesn’t need to go into landfill!
We like to encourage our customers to think outside the box and think of multiple uses for our products. Here at Mayde Tea, we love using the Chai Latte Powder to add a bit of spice to our favorite desserts like our Chai spiced banana bread recipe.
Everyone behind the Mayde Tea brand is committed to empowering those around and providing education and support to help them to improve their quality of life, enhance overall wellbeing and think in a more environmentally conscious way.
