Recipe ~ Sugar/dairy/gluten/nut free banana choc chip cookies

These cookies are super quick, easy, and are a great lunchbox treat without the refined sugars! You could make these without the choc chips to be lower in sugar and caffeine-free. We are putting 1/2 a cookie in our 3 year old's lunchbox as a treat :)

Ingredients:
150 g smashed ripe banana
2 tsp Mayde Tea chai sprinkles
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
200 g (2 cups / 7 oz) rolled oats (use GF if needed)
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup Loce Love chocolate drops
¼ cup organic maple syrup or honey
¼ cup olive oil

Method:
Pulse/blend all ingredients
Roll into balls (about 1 TBSP in size each)
Gently flatten with a fork
Bake at 150 degrees for 40 min or until golden
