Iced Earl Grey Matcha

Iced Earl Grey Matcha

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp loose-leaf Earl Grey
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Matcha powder
  • Ice for serving
  • Boiling water
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)

Method

  1. Place Earl Grey leaves in a tea strainer and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 30 minutes - 1 hour, until cooled  completely.
  2. In a bowl, add cream, Maple Matcha powder, and sweetener (if using). Whip with an electric whisk until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add ice to serving glass and pour over cooled Earl Grey tea.
  4. Scoop a dollop of the matcha foam and add on top. Enjoy!
