Iced Earl Grey Matcha
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp loose-leaf Earl Grey
-
2 tbsp whipping cream
-
1/2 tbsp Maple Matcha powder
- Ice for serving
- Boiling water
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
Method
- Place Earl Grey leaves in a tea strainer and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 30 minutes - 1 hour, until cooled completely.
- In a bowl, add cream, Maple Matcha powder, and sweetener (if using). Whip with an electric whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Add ice to serving glass and pour over cooled Earl Grey tea.
- Scoop a dollop of the matcha foam and add on top. Enjoy!
